The case against SoCal Edison
After an 18-month joint investigation, the Los Angeles County Fire Department and CalFire concluded that the destructive and deadly Eaton Fire was caused by electrical arcing events that took place on the out-of-service Southern California Edison Tower.
The fact that SoCal Edison did not take proactive and preventative measures to protect Altadena and Pasadena residents amid dangerous weather conditions resulted in untold losses, injuries and deaths.
We filed one of the very first lawsuits against SoCal Edison on behalf of homeowners, business owners, renters and visitors to these cities who were impacted by the Eaton Fire.
